BSB60420 ADVANCED DIPLOMA LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialized knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgment to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. they use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
Candidates must demonstrate a capacity to undertake study by providing the following requirements:

|English Language||IELTS Test Score of 5.5 or equivalent (TOEFL IBT 65 / PTE Academic 42 / Cambridge English – FCE / OET C Grade / TOEFL PBT 513 / TOEIC 605) English language test scores|
|LLN Assessment||Complete Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment for identifying if prospective individual requires LLN support|
|Total Duration||52 weeks|
|Study/Tuition||40 weeks (4 terms of 10 weeks each)|

The delivery methods include face-to-face classroom learning, 6 hours per week of online participation, blended learning, projects, practical training and assessment.
Students will need to successfully complete all units in this course to receive a certificate. Those students who completed individual units will receive a Statement of Attainment for units successfully completed.

Recognition is available to students with prior skills, experience, knowledge or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training in related areas. Recognition may reduce the duration of your studies.
