COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialized knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level use initiative and judgment to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters. they use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must demonstrate a capacity to undertake study by providing the following requirements:

LLN Assessment | Complete Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment for identifying if prospective individual requires LLN support |

STUDY MODE
The delivery methods include face-to-face classroom learning, 6 hours per week of online participation, blended learning, projects, practical training and assessment.
AWARD REQUIREMENTS
Students will need to successfully complete all units in this course to receive a certificate. Those students who completed individual units will receive a Statement of Attainment for units successfully completed.
