BSB42015 CERTIFICATE IV IN LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification reflects role of individuals working as developing and emerging leaders and managers in a range of enterprise and industry contexts.
As well as assuming responsibility for their own performance, individual at this level provide leadership, guidance and support to others. They also have some responsibility for organising and monitoring the output of their team.
They apply solutions to a defined range of predictable and unpredictable problems, and analyse and evaluate information from a variety of sources.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must demonstrate a capacity to undertake study by providing the following:

LLN Assessment | Complete Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) for identifying if prospective individual required LLN support |

STUDY MODE
The delivery methods include face-to-face classroom learning, 6 hours per week of online participation, blended learning, projects, practical training and assessment.
ASSESSMENT
Students will be assessed in a variety of ways that may include, written answers, quizzes, practical demonstrations, observations and projects.
AWARD REQUIREMENTS
Students will need to successfully complete all units in this course to receive a certificate. Those students who completed individual units will receive a Statement of Attainment for units successfully completed.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL) OR CREDIT TRANSFER (CT)
Recognition is available to students with prior skills, experience, knowledge or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training in related areas. Recognition may reduce the duration of your studies.

FUTURE STUDIES
After completing BSB42015 Certificates IV in Leadership and Management students may progress to BSB50420 Diploma of Leadership and Management.

In order BSB40520 Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, the student must be competent in twelve units of competency, consisting of five core units and seven elective units of competency.
