BSB50420 DIPLOMA LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT
COURSE DESCRIPTION
This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply knowledge, practical skills and experience in leadership and management across a range of enterprise and industry contexts. Individuals at this level display initiative and judgment in planning, organizing, implementing and monitoring their own workload and the workload of others. They use communication skills to support individuals and teams to meet organizational or enterprise requirements. They plan, design, apply and evaluate solutions to unpredictable problems, and identify, analyze and synthesize information from a variety of sources. No licensing, legislative or certification requirement apply to this qualification at the time of publication.
ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must demonstrate a capacity to undertake study by providing the following:

LLN Assessment | Complete Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment for identifying if prospective individual required LLN support |

Total duration | 52 weeks |

STUDY MODE
The delivery methods include face-to-face classroom learning 6 hours per week of online participation, blended learning, projects, practical training and assessment.
ASSESSMENT
Students will be assessed in a variety of ways that may include, written answers, quizzes, practical demonstrations, observations and projects.
AWARD REQUIREMENTS
Students will need to successfully complete all units in this course to receive a certificate. Those students who completed individual units will receive a Statement of Attainment for units successfully completed.
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL OR CREDIT TRANSFER (CT)
Recognition is available to students with prior skills, experience, knowledge or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training in related areas. Recognition may reduce the duration of your studies.
