COURSE DESCRIPTION

This qualification reflects the roles of individuals who apply highly specialized knowledge and skills in the field of organizational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organization. typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others. No licensing, legislative or certification requirements apply to this qualification at the time of publication. This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organization where learning is used to build organizational capability.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS

Candidates must demonstrate a capacity to undertake study by providing the following requirements:

Minimum Age18 years of over at the time of commencement
Academic levelAdvanced Diploma qualification in any field of study, or Bachelor’s Degree in any field of study, or Evidence of relevant work experience (no less than 3 years in senior management or leadership position)
English LanguageIELTS Test Score of 6.0 or equivalent (TOEFL IBT 74-75 / PTE Academic 50 / Cambridge English – FCE / OET C Grade / TOEFL PBNT 525 / TOEIC 670) English language test scores
LLN AssessmentComplete Language, Literacy, and Numeracy (LLN) assessment for identifying if a prospective individual required LLN support

Total Duration104 weeks

STUDY MODE
The delivery methods include face-to-face classroom learning, 6 hours per week of online participation, blended learning, projects, practical training and assessment.
ASSESSMENT
Students will be assessed in a variety of ways that may include, written answers, quizzes, practical demonstrations, observations and projects.
AWARD REQUIREMENTS
Students will need to successfully complete all units in this course to receive a certificate. Those students who completed individual units will receive a Statement of Attainment for units successfully completed
RECOGNITION OF PRIOR LEARNING (RPL OR CREDIT TRANSFER (CT)
Recognition is available to students with prior skills, experience, knowledge or qualifications obtained from formal studies or training in related areas. Recognition may reduce the duration of your studies.
CAREER PROSPECT
This qualification enables the student to seek employment in the following job roles: RTO Manager, Career Development Manager (Education Sector), RTO Education Advisor.
FUTURE STUDIES
After completing the BSB80120 Graduate Diploma of Management (Learning), the further study pathways available to students at universities are Master of Management or equivalent university courses.
